6 月 12 日，商務部新聞發言人何亞東表示，中國作為負責任大國，充分考慮各國在民用領域的合理需求與關切，依法依規對稀土相關物項出口許可申請進行審查，已經依法批准一定數量的合規申請，並將持續加強合規申請的審批工作。
