JF SMARTINVEST: Completed the acquisition of Guangfa Insurance equity

JF SMARTINVEST announced that the company has completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Beijing Guangfa Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, Guangfa Insurance is held by Shanghai Beixun and Jifeng Information with 75.1% and 24.9% respectively, and becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
