Haotian Finance received a new bond exchange combination from KAISA GROUP

Haotian Financial Group (01260.HK) announced that it has received a restructuring exchange from KAISA GROUP (01638.HK), including new notes with a principal amount totaling USD 2.81 million, as well as mandatory convertible bonds with a principal amount totaling USD 2.7 million, in exchange for USD 5 million of old notes along with approximately USD 620,000 in unpaid interest
