$Amazon(AMZN.US)

It's been two months since I started trading US stocks, and this is the first time I've truly experienced an earnings report~

Amazon's paper gains have been fluctuating around a few thousand dollars

Last night's psychological battle with myself was truly a peak showdown

At 9:30, watching $Meta Platforms(META.US)(not holding) plummet📉, which planted a mine for me. Holding cash, I was like a headless fly, unable to pick a target, at a loss

In the middle of the night, I rushed into Amazon with 10 contracts, threw my phone away, closed my eyes and went to sleep

But I tossed and turned, unable to sleep, reopened it, and saw the endless waterfall hanging before me. I steeled my heart and sold those 10 contracts at a loss, feeling a bit more at ease

Holding the last call and the underlying stock, just to give myself a chance to participate in the earnings gamble

Oh my god, still favored me. Woke up, excluding the loss from selling those 10 contracts, paper gains increased again

Don't think you sold too early, that's a lack of understanding of stock valuation. Operation also need a little luck. The experience is precious, summary is important, and you can still earn USD💵 while learning, isn't it wonderful!
