The market has been fluctuating recently

Some suggestions for short-term options trading

1-Don't hold options overnight. Recently, every time I held options overnight, I basically lost money because the volatility during the night session is very high. The strike price that seemed very conservative the night before might become impossible to achieve by the next day.

2-Choose strike prices that aren't too far out. Otherwise, the option decay will be significant. Many friends bought options and said the stock price rose, but their options didn't increase in value. That's because you chose a strike price that was basically impossible to reach, resulting in no trading volume.

3-Don't make plans before the market opens. Recently, stock prices have been very predictable - either everything rises or everything falls, clearly showing coordinated operations. The market hasn't completely stabilized yet, so you can't make option plans based on normal market fluctuations. Just go with the flow based on the opening market conditions.
